Jae Roe, CPM, ACoM, is the President and Founder of SOVA Real Estate Solutions. She has over 23 years of experience in real estate management industry in a variety of property types including office, industrial, flex, medical, historic, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family. Mentoring and aiding the next generation of management professionals, and furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within the business community are Jae’s passion. Her dedication to the property management field is reflected in her long-term involvement with the global association the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM ), including a term as Regional Vice-President for the organization for the area covering Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She was also recognized as a 2021 Woman of Influence by the GlobeSt Real Estate Forum.
